A Safe Place to Grow, Share, and Heal Together
The Mindful Connections Journey Support Group is a peer-led mental health and suicide loss support group designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for individuals to connect with others who understand life's challenges.
Whether you are struggling with your own mental health, grieving the loss of a loved one, supporting someone who is struggling, or simply looking for connection and encouragement, you are welcome here.
You do not have to face life's challenges alone.

When: First Thursday of each month
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Attendance Cost: Free
What to Expect
Each meeting may include:
- Open discussion and peer support
- Mental health and wellness topics
- Grief and healing conversations
- Self-care and coping strategies
- Guided activities and reflection exercises
- Community resources and information
- A welcoming environment where everyone is treated with respect
There is never any pressure to speak. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Who can attend
Our support group is open to:
- Teens, and adults ages 13+
- Individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Survivors of suicide loss
- Family members and friends supporting loved ones
- Anyone seeking connection, encouragement, and understanding
All backgrounds, identities, and experiences are welcome.
